Checking your Water Heater Temperature

Posted on May 3rd, 2010 by admin in services | No Comments »

Sometimes you will notice that your water gets really hot. This might be an issue with the water heater thermostat. You should check this because it does make a huge difference to your comfort and to your energy bill as well.

It should be set around 120 degrees which is pretty standard. You can make it lower if you please and save on your energy bill a little bit. Make sure you check with your Gilbert plumber if you have any real questions or need to replace your thermostat. It can be a tough job and may lead to replacing the entire water tank.
