Basically the law of attraction suggests that what we think about, we bring about. This law is seen as the greatest gift to everyone as it does not discriminate between rich or poor, healthy or unhealthy, influential or unimportant. Like all other laws, this law applies universally to all people whether they are aware of it or not.

The law of attraction is also like the Law of Gravity – something that is unassailable, irrefutable and invariable. Moreover, it is also within reach of everyone living on this planet and everyone has equal access to it. The biggest advantage of it is that you can change your life by just thinking something different irrespective of the disturbing thoughts that might appear again and again. You have the liberty to change your lifestyle and everything around you by altering the way you tend to think even though your surrounding circumstances have been long present. The fundamental point of this law is that you have the future in your own hands and just by taking conscious control of your thoughts – you can attract all the good possibilities from the Universe and achieve everything you ever dreamt of.

According to the intensive study reports of the Law of attraction and other supporting laws, you will become conscious of the fact that no matter who you are, where you are from, what you are doing and what your surrounding circumstances are, you have the supremacy to take control of life and transform it in any way you want to. This way you will be able to achieve anything you have ever wanted to.

You are bound to realize that there are other ways to think rather than the ways taught to you by your parents, elders and the surrounding people that can change your life completely.

article explains how to apologise effectively so that you can repair a broken relationship. It cautions that an apology by itself is not enough; it has to be perceived as sincere in order to be useful. It goes on to explain that in order to make your apology come across as sincere, you have to use the right tone of voice, choose your words carefully, and look into your partner’s eyes. If you show your partner you’re making some effort to repair your broken relationship, it will go a long way towards making him or her receptive to your apology.

Written By Alex Taylor
Almoat all of your anxiety is caused by the obsessive thoughts you have. Whenever you’ve had anxiety in the past, it started with an obsessive thought, guaranteed. And then it gained momentum and went on to become the anxiety-related problem you experienced or the panic attack you had.

You might be thinking that this isn’t how anxiety works with you and that obsessive thoughts aren’t to blame, and if that’s the situation I’d like you to start paying attention to your own anxiety and to what you’re feeling and thinking right before it gets out of control.

You’ll be surprised what you discover, because obsessive thoughts are at the heart of anxiety and panic in EVERYONE. I know this from talking and working with literally THOUSANDS of people who are just like you, and who are just like I was when obsessive thoughts were causing my own anxiety for 17 years.

Sadly, if you live with any anxiety disorder, it’s not possible to simply stop having an obsessive thought without thinking about it, like people who are naturally calm can. So the answer lies in discovering ways to intentionally end all these damaging thoughts before they go on to be obsessive thoughts.

I have a 3 step plan you can start using right now to stop all your obsessive thoughts:

First Step: This step is all about you retraining your mind so that it can quickly spot harmful thoughts the moment they strike. This also includes small thoughts that might seem harmless, but these have the potential to grow and get out of hand, so consider these small ones just as important as the big ones.

Second Step: You need to become exactly like people with no anxiety problems. For them, it’s easy to stop a bad thought anytime they want to. For you, it takes a bit more work. The only way to stop one thought is by having another thought, so to stop the damaging thoughts you simply need to have a new thought that takes its place. You might be asking what you should be thinking. The answer is simple: think of anything it takes to stop that original and damaging thought.

Third Step: Your damaging thoughts usually begin when your mind is left to wander, or to daydream. This is how thinking these bad thoughts becomes a habit. By thinking these thoughts too often they start to happen on their own, and they creep up on you and do their damage. To end this problem, there’s only one answer: creating a new default frame of mind, one that’s calm, positive, and pleasant. You do this by thinking good, positive thoughts as often as you can, so that this becomes the type of thinking your brain does automatically when you aren’t paying attention.

Start putting these three steps into action as soon as possible and your obsessive thoughts and panic-related problems will quickly be under control.

Have you ever asked what the root cause of all your panic and anxiety truly is? Well, in my opinion, it’s very likely to be the obsessive thoughts you have. These obsessive thoughts are like snowballs that gather momentum and size and turn into the problems your anxiety causes you.

Just in case you’re thinking that you’re the exception to this theory, let me encourage you to give this theory a chance by beginning to pay close attention to exactly what’s on your mind in the moments before your anxiety gets out of hand.

Most people are staggered at the results when they study themselves in this way, and I think there’s a good chance you will be too. And there’s a good reason why I can predict this kind of outcome: because for many years (almost 20, in fact) I suffered with exactly the same problems you’re living with right now.

Unfortunately, when you have an anxiety disorder, it’s impossible to drop a thought automatically like most other people can. So the solution to this problem is finding ways to consciously drop a thought before it becomes harmful – before it becomes OBSESSIVE.

I’m about to give you a brief, three-step plan of attack which you can start using right now to stop the thoughts you have turning into the obsessive thoughts that cause all your problems. Okay, here we go:

First Step: This step is all about you retraining your brain so that it can quickly spot harmful thoughts the moment they start. This also includes small thoughts that might seem harmless, but these have the potential to grow and get out of hand, so consider these small ones just as important as the big ones.

Step two is to learn a technique that will allow you to stop these unwanted thoughts, and the one I suggest is to simply use other thoughts to overpower the original one. This makes sense, because the only thing that can ever stop one thought is another thought. The key here is to make this second thought a positive one. Play around with thoughts – use anything that works and overpowers that original and unwanted thought.

Step #3: Most harmful thoughts start when you’re daydreaming or when your mind is wandering. And these harmful thoughts are a HABIT. That’s why they happen so easily and sneak up on you, because you’ve trained your mind to slip into a negative autopilot. The only way to undo this is to retrain your mind, and you do that by thinking about nice things as often as you can, even if you have to use fantasies or old memories to do it. Think of it like creating a new default setting for your mind.

Start putting these three steps into action as soon as possible and your obsessive thoughts and panic-related problems will soon be under control

It can be extremely difficult to stop panic attacks once they’ve started, but there are 3 quick tips that I’d like to share with you that work wonders at stopping a full blown panic attack.

The first tip is called “The Paper Bag Trick.”

I recommend having paper bags with you wherever you are, and to also leave them lying around anywhere you might happen to be, such as your apartment or your place of work. When you know an attack is on the way, you’re just going to switch your breathing between the paper bag and your normal breathing – about 30 seconds of each.

The image of someone with anxiety disorder sucking in air from a paper bag has become a bit of a clich , but it’s a proven method to stop panic attacks, and that’s exactly what we want.

The second tip I’ve called “Don’t Suffer In Silence.”

So during all panic attacks from this point on, make sure to turn on the TV or radio anytime that’s possible. Or maybe even try listening to something via headphones or earphones.

When you’re having a panic attack it’s very easy to feel like you’re losing control (and losing your mind!). In a silent room this sensation is magnified many times. Sounds in the room will help to “ground” you in reality and stop that sickening feeling of losing touch with the world.

If you also experience depersonalization with your anxiety, then you’ll find that this method helps with that too.

The third tip is called “Reassure Yourself Out Loud.”

Back when my own anxiety was ruining my life, I made a big mistake, and that was trying to rerassure myself in my head whenever I had a panic attack. What I should have been doing, and what you should do, is start reassuring yourself out loud. Hearing your own voice out loud has a very different effect on you, and it can be very powerful in stopping attacks.

I noticed that the thoughts that only existed inside my head didn’t work well at all, and in some cases they actually made me feel worse.

But the thoughts that I said out loud worked wonderfully and I found that they were much more likely to fight off a panic attack.

So tell yourself, out loud and firmly, that you’re okay, you’ve experienced this before, you know what it is, and you know it will pass and leave you safe and well.

***Bonus Advanced Tip***

Following all future panic attacks, take a few moments to write down what happened during the attack: how you felt, what thoughts you had, etc. If you don’t like the idea of writing this down, why not do exactly the same thing but on a voice recorder instead?

Once you’ve written or spoke about your attacks a few times you’ll see that your anxiety has very specific patterns, and all progress the same way.

So in the future when you’re having an attack, you can have your notes or voice recording with you and see or hear where your thoughts are going before they ever happen.

The reason this works so well is because it takes the mystery and the unknowns from your attacks. One of the worst things about having a panic attack is that feeling of losing control, and not knowing what’s gonna happen next.

During future panic attacks, when you’ll have your notes or your voice recording with you, you’ll see that by getting rid of the mysteries your attacks are gone much sooner than normal.

The technique of writing or recording “panic notes” like this is one of the most effective I’ve ever encountered, and I hope you’ll try it, along with the other tips I’ve shared with you.

Have you ever asked what the root cause of all your panic and anxiety truly is? Well, in my opinion, it’s very likely to be the obsessive thoughts you have. These obsessive thoughts are like snowballs that gather momentum and size and turn into the problems your anxiety causes you.

You might be thinking that this isn’t how anxiety works with you and that obsessive thoughts aren’t to blame, and if that’s the situation I’d like you to start paying attention to your own anxiety and to what you’re feeling and thinking right before it gets out of hand.

So I’m gonna share a quick 3 step system you can start using TODAY anytime you have a harmful or negative thought that you need to stop before it becomes obsessive and causes you real problems. And here are the 3 steps:

First Step: This step is all about you retraining your mind so that it can easily spot harmful thoughts the moment they start.

If you want to know “How to win back my girlfriend” – a huge step in the right direction is to better understand how the female mind works. Have you ever been wondering why women seems to be so attracted to some men, and don’t seem to recognize others? This will give you some insight in to the secret world of female psychology and attraction. It will not only help you to with how to get back your ex girlfriend, but also to develop a better understanding of the mysterious world of the female mind, than most men will ever achieve.

We humans are not attracted to each other by chance – evolution is not based on accident! Many psychological factors determine how and with whom humans are attracted.

An important step to understanding attraction is accepting that female attraction differs from men’s in many ways. Ever seen those couples where the woman is strikingly beautiful and the man appears, at least for an untrained set of eyes to be.. Well, unattractive? Ever wondered why that is?

The secret lies in one of the important differences between male and female attraction. Women are most attracted to male behavior, while men, as we know, are generally speaking, most attracted to women’s physical attributes. The apparently unattractive man with the much more attractive girlfriend in his lap, consciously, or for the most part unconsciously, knows how to behave around women. And that, my friend, is what separate boys from men!

That fact that you read this tells gives me some hints about you! You probably know something about how to behave around women- since you’ve actually had one, and that now want to know how to win her back. Most importantly, it tells me that you are willing to do something to get back your ex. And that’s wonderful!

The fact that you where able to attract your ex girlfriend in the first place is sadly not a proof of your conscious skills to attract the opposite sex, in most cases it’s a sign of something unconscious on your part.

You where able to attract her – then why weren’t you able to keep her, you might ask. Well, this is where most men fail: when it comes to keeping a woman, and to keep the attraction going in a long-term relationship.

Most men are totally different persons in a relationship, and as single. When single they are all about presenting them self as the best they can be. Dressing up nice to impress, showing off how much fun they have with their friends, they are passionate about their life, and have their own things going. But what tend to happen in a long-term relationship? A lot of the traits that once had your girlfriend attracted to you like a magnet vanish! What are these unattractive traits that replace the attractive traits place? The most important one: Insecurity! Women are NOT attracted to insecure men! Think about this: When the two of you first got together, where you an insecure man? Always asking for her opinion on anything and everything from what shirt you should wear, what the two of you should do, where you should go, what you should eat, how god you where in bed? Where you jealous? Asking her about other men? I don’t think so!

Entering a relationship most men are self-dependent individuals with much to offer their new girlfriend. The new couple is two people with their own life, their passions, dreams and friends. Now, it’s obviously great to become a twosome- but it’s unfortunately easy to fall in to the habit of using the other person as a crutch. As the relationship goes on, many men start acting like obedient, insecure, and lovesick puppies- and this will eventually make the woman lose the attraction!

So, for you to be able to answer the question “How to win back my girlfriend?” this is the time to reflect on your past behavior. Find out if you, like so many men before you, are guilty of some of these “attraction- killers”, and if this might have had something to do with the breakup. And finally: Do something about it! Get back to that confident, active and passionate person both you and I know you can be! Show her all she is missing! Before you know it, she will be begging you to take her back!

If you would like to know “How to get back my girlfriend” – a giant step in the right direction is a better understanding of how the female mind works. Have you ever wondered why women seems to be so attracted to some men, and don’t even recognize others? I will now give you some insight in to the secret world of female psychology and attraction. This will not only help you to with how to get back your girlfriend, but also to develop a better understanding of the mysteries of the female mind, than most men will ever achieve.

Humans are not attracted to each other by accident – evolution is not based on chance! A lot of psychological factors determine how and with whom humans are attracted.

An important factor in understanding attraction is accepting that female attraction differs from men’s in many ways. Have you ever seen those couples where the woman is strikingly beautiful and the man appears, at least for an untrained pair of eyes to be.. Well, unattractive? Ever wondered why that is?

The secret is one of the important differences between male and female attraction. Women are mostly attracted to male behavior, while men, as we know, are generally, most attracted to a women’s physical attributes. The apparently unattractive man with the much more attractive girlfriend in his knee, consciously, or for the most part unconsciously, knows how to behave around women. And that, my friend, is what separates the boys from the MEN!

When you where able to attract her- why weren’t you able to keep her, you might wonder. Well, this is where most men fail: when it comes to keeping a girlfriend, and to keep the attraction going in a long-term relationship.

Most men are very different persons in a relationship, and as single. When single they are all about presenting them self as the best they can be. They dress up nice to impress, show how much fun they have with their friends, are passionate about their own life, and have a lot of things going. But what happens when they get in to a long-term relationship? A lot of the traits that once had your girlfriend attracted to you like a magnet vanish! What are these unattractive traits that replace the attractive once? The most important one is: Insecurity! Women are NOT attracted to insecure men! Think about it: When the two of you first got together, where you insecure? Where you always asking for her opinion on anything and everything, from what shirt you should wear, what you should eat , where you should go, what the two of you should do, how god you where in bed? Where you jealous – always asking her about other men? I don’t think so!

When getting in to a relationship most people are self-dependent individuals with a lot to offer their new girlfriend. The new couple is two individuals with their own life, passions, dreams and friends. It’s obviously fantastic to become a twosome- but it’s so darn easy to fall in to the habit of using the other person as a crutch. As the relationship goes on, many men start acting like insecure, obedient and lovesick puppies- and this will eventually drive the woman away, and make her lose attraction!

For you to be able to answer the question “How to get back my girlfriend?” -you need to find out “What drove her away?” -Reflect on your past behavior. Find out if you, like so many men before you, are guilty of these “attraction- killers”. Might this have had something to do with the breakup? And finally: Do something about it! Get back to the confident, active and passionate person both you and I know you can be! Show her all she is missing! Before you know it, she will be begging you to come back!

Everybody in the world uses huge quantities of hours to wondering about their future and their current situation in life. Everybody wishes that there was something that they could adjust in their life. Whether it is their personal life; their friendships; relationships, family or finances, most everyone wants to change something. The initial stage to doing that is to set goals. However, loads of us are terrific at attempting to set goals, but many of us are realistically incapable of following through with them. Think about it. How many times have you set goals and merely didn’t go through with it? That is most likely the norm for most people. goal setting articles are a great place for resources.
