Are there any alternatives which may be cheaper, but have late opening times, in the area?

Ask them ?

Is that one is for women only and the other for men and women as well. Some women feel more comfortable in a all women’s club. Personally I preferred the men and women’s club.

At what age of the customer do you start calling them sir or ma’am? What is the earliest age? And what age is TOO early (like 15? 16?) to call someone sir or ma’am?

If they are spending money at the counter then they are entitled to be called sir or ma’am, after all they are still paying customers, they are part of the job security of the person behind the counter.

You just might make that little fellows day by addressing him as sir or the little lady as ma’am.

They may really get a kick out of it, and it really costs you nothing.

I am in the process of opening a health club. It will be a goal based gym. If you come in and want to lose fat we put you on that program, you want to build muscle, we can do that, want to train for a marathon? we can do that. So it is not like a normal gym that you just walk into and do what you want. It is trainer-let personalized fitness. so i am having trouble thinking of a good name.

When is the best times of the day to offer classes at a gym/health club?
What are the best times to schedule group fitness classes at a gym?

As with ALL age groups in our society, there are those seniors who prefer to rise and shine early, and those who choose to languish in the sheets until nearly noon (after watching all the late nite shows). Seems to me that a savy health club/gym would advertise group classes at least twice a day – early morning, and early evening . . . then adjust the schedule according to the responses of the local public.
