What fitness center would you recommend?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin in fitness center | No Comments »

As far as the rates and facilities being good, which gym/fitness center do you recommend. I was thinking about joining LA Fitness. However I’m not sure how good their rates are compared to others, although their facility seems nice. I do however like that 24hr fitness because it is open 24hrs. And I’m not sure how great Bally Total Fitness is. But overall what fitness center would you recommend? with regards to rates, facilities and customer service.

planet fitness if u do not mind them not having a pool.

Can any one recommend a good/decent fitness centre or gym in Jodhpur city?

pls suggest a good fitness centre, gym around AKHALIA chauraha, jodhpur..although for a good gym distance does not matter

hey, why would you like to join a gym and roam around aim less. If you are looking for quick and effective results, then why don’t you try looking into the program from Xattack. They are a Canadian based company that recent started in India, i am a client of their X-MELT program. I have seen some fantastic result, It a 90 days based in home training program, their workouts are awesome, and they even gave me a custom nutrition plan from some leading nutritionist from north America. I mean the trainers at the local gym don’t know much at all, when it come to changing or peoples bodies. I have lost about 14 + kgs and i am only in my 42 day of the program, my body finally is taking a great shape. They have some of the best fitness experts from around the world and they offer free fitness consultation, so you can call them if you want.

are there fitness centers that use outdoor treadmills?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin in fitness centers | 5 Comments »

i know that i can walk outside. it’s just a question.

I am not sure about a full fledged outdoor fitness center. I live in southern Louisiana and I see people with treadmills and bow flex’s on their front porches.

Do colleges recruit people to play intermural/club sports?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin in sports club | 2 Comments »

I want to play volleyball in college but I don’t have a very good chance of playing anything but club. Do you just try out for these teams or can you get recruited just like for normal college athletic teams?

generally speaking (from my experience) you just go to your campus/rec/athletic center and sign up at the beginning of the semester.

there is generally a small fee for equipment or uniforms or whatever.

it was always run by student associations at my university.

What are the standards of Bally’s Fitness Clubs?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin in fitness clubs | 2 Comments »

The main standard is this:
If you sign any papers in their club such as showing an interest in signing up, they will forge your signature on a contract and you will have a black mark on your credit record for the rest of your life, even if you just filled out a form saying that they can contact you or something innocnet like this.

How many people like the look of an athletic guy with good muscle tone wearing shorts and tan pantyhose?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin in athletic | 12 Comments »

Putting the ‘gay’ or ‘crossdresser’ stereotype out, and imagine a married, straight guy, wearing athletic clothing, with a good muscular, athletic build, wearing exercise shorts and tan pantyhose while cycling or jogging (while with his wife)…
(legs aren’t hairy!)

What would you think? Try to imagine they’re NOT just clothing just for women… Would you like how it looks?

Give me a star for the question if you’re with me on this all you pantyhose lovers!
As an added note, I’ve worn pantyhose to run and go cycling before, and they don’t run if you buy the right kind! Leggs Sheer Energy will last for many jogs or cyclcing trips!

10 stars! First I guess many people don’t realize pantyhose are unisex now that many companies are marketing PHose for men. The benefits of wearing Graduated Compression Pantyhose are huge. Not only do they not break easily but the increase in blood circulation is such that major athletes wear them to gain an advantage (Kobe Bryant among a zillion others). Most foreign teams are required to wear them for long distance flights. Preventive for Varicose Vein formation. Prevents tick bites. Makes you cooler than no hose if worn with short shorts or short skirt (Yup…next for guys :-) due to wicking moisture away and evaporating it. SPF 40 or so, etc etc…. nothing negative. Seems most gals haven’t discovered these qualities. Must get PHose with near 30% Lycra to fit everyone perfectly everytime.
The look is great and will become common so blaze the way and to those nay sayers… get used to it and quit being a homophobe!

Is it possible to get my money refunded from Suburban fitness club since I havent been there in months?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin in fitness club | 4 Comments »

So I had a payment way that every month they would take out 45 dollars from my credit card for the membership. I forgot about my membership there and its been 11 months or so and multiply that by 45 is what theyve taken from me without me even going there this year. Is it possible to get it back?

♥ Well I suppose that would depend on your fitness club. I got roped into a Balley’s account [[a 3-year one that was supposed to pay me alot of money.]] The payments for my fiance and I were $91.00 each month. We only used it 2 months and then I started college. I was working full time & attending college at night with NO time at all. I let it go for like 2 months hoping I’d find time, but I simply had no time to find. So I tried cancelling it. They informed me that I could not cancel it unless I paid the balance in full or moved somewhere that did not have a Balley’s within 50 miles. I was disappointed and am still fighting them 6 months later. So you will have to read your contract and/or ask them to know for sure what you are entitled too. Good Luck!

what is the name of the machine that’s used in many health clubs for weight loss.?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin in health clubs | 1 Comment »

most of the health spas like VLCC and clubs use it. one is used for whole body vibration and one is for heating

I believe they are called Shamicizers and Crocksters, respectively.

How come the local health club does not have a program to workout my inner demons?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin in health club | 11 Comments »

My demons are getting fat and lazy. They need to roll around on that big rubber ball and do some picantes.

The demons need to sign up for their own plan. Usually you can get them in on a family discount.

"Picantes"? That’s freakin’ hilarious :D
